Featured Artist: Kristina Collantes
The Rattling Wall literary journal features sophisticated short fiction, travel essays, and poetry. Illustrations and art in any given issue are all created by a single artist.
Contributors to issue five include Guggenheim fellowship recipient, National Book Award nominee, and unofficial poet laureate of Los Angeles Wanda Coleman; author and essayist Amelia Gray; Texas Book of The Year award for Poetry winner Derrick C. Brown; Lannon Literary Award for Nonfiction winner Charles Bowden; National Book Critics Circle Award winner Amy Gerstler; and poet, essayist, literary critic, and translator Robert Pinksy, former Poet Laureate Consultant to the Library of Congress.
Kristina Collantes is the issue’s featured artist. Kristina’s work has been featured in The New Yorker, The New York Times, Juxtapoz Magazine, Hi-Fructose Magazine, and elsewhere.
